BIG SPECIAL est toujours grand et toujours spécial et le duo ne s’arrête jamais. Il nous propose un nouveau single SLUGLIFE qui fait suite au précédent qui fait suite à leur album en juillet.
BIG SPECIAL ralentit le tempo avec « SLUGLIFE », un spoken word punk et bluesy
‘SLUGLIFE’ est je cite : « une chanson sur le fait de vivre bas au sol et de ralentir. Ressentir sa culpabilité d’avoir besoin d’un peu de temps pour se tirer vers le haut par vos sangles de bottes. Il s’agit de travailler à travers la haine de soi qui peut traverser des moments difficiles. » En bref, c’est de toucher le fond et prendre surtout le temps de rebondir en ayant confiance en soi et en sa capacité à agir. C’est une philosophie punk qui me convient parfaitement. On y retrouve le spoken word du groupe mais avec un coté bluesy mélancolique, comme si tu étais à réfléchir avec un verre de Whisky sur ta terrasse en regardant la neige fondre.
Le groupe sera en tournée en Angleterre et en Irlande. J’attends des dates en France.
