« Sad Divide », Ulysse revient
Très sincèrement je suis tombé dessus quand j’ai écrit l’article sur Kikker et que je cherchais des infos sur eux. L’article d’après c’était eux, je ne connaissais pas et j’ai cliqué. J’ai été pris par ce synthé hypnotique et les harmonies des voix. Leur alt pop des années 90’s est tout simplement délicieuse. On dirait une chanson qui aurait pu faire la BO d’Ulysse 31, le dessin animé (je parle aux vieux). Et je trippe pas tant que ça. En effet, le morceau aborde les complexités émotionnelles de la connexion à distance, ce qui arrive à Ulysse et Penelope (enfin à peu près). Segundo, il y a un petit electro « french touch » qui confirme ma comparaison.
En bref, j’ai raison et c’est un putain de bon morceau.
