Perfume Genius balance une nouvelle pépite : No Front Teeth. Un mois après avoir annoncé son prochain album Glory, Mike Hadreas revient avec ce single, en featuring avec la chanteuse néozélandaise Aldous Harding.
Un nouveau single furieux avant l’album Glory
Le morceau commence tout doux, presque fragile, avec des guitares acoustiques et des nappes de synthé éthérées. Puis Aldous Harding débarque, et BAM, ça explose en un pur moment de rock fiévreux. La suite ? Un ping-pong entre douceur et chaos, un vrai tourbillon. Et le clip suit la même vibe : une montée en tension qui finit en… fête de la gaufre un peu chelou (oui, vraiment). Mate ça, tu comprendras.
Deuxième extrait de Glory après It’s a Mirror, No Front Teeth confirme que Perfume Genius et Blake Mills ont encore frappé. Ce sera leur quatrième album ensemble, et vu la puissance du son, ça promet.
